The beautiful village of Es Capdellà is surrounded by the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana and offers breath-taking views of the Galatzó mountain. It has retained its originality and it seems as if time has stopped here. The beautiful church overlooks the village and colourful bougainvillea adorns the natural stone walls. A spacious village square with a restaurant, a swimming pool and a football field is, on sunny days, a popular meeting place for the young and elderly.
Es Capdellà - surrounded by almond and olive trees - attracts mostly cyclists and hikers. Small Mallorquin cuisine restaurants are always well visited, especially by the locals. Beautiful town houses, traditional country-estates, spacious villas and Mediterranean-styled mansions with gardens and pools are typical for Capdellà.
The area is especially inviting to families with children. It offers pure nature, peace, and relaxation, as well as a tranquil village life. Furthermore it is only 20 minutes’ drive away from Palma.
